鋁電解電容要找第二貨源？容量與電壓只是規格書的頭兩行，以下四項也要對齊。
1. 耐久時數：指定溫度下的小時數。「105 °C 2000 小時」與「85 °C 2000 小時」是不同的零件；同一溫度下的 2000 小時與 5000 小時亦然。這一行決定零件在你的產品內如何老化，請逐行比對。
2. 阻抗等級：標準、低阻抗、超低阻抗系列用的是相同的容量及電壓代碼。在開關穩壓器的輸出端，換了等級會改變漣波表現。請核對你設計所用頻率下的阻抗或 ESR 數值。
3. 溫度範圍：下限 −55 °C 與 −40 °C 在 BOM 上看似相近，但其中一個未必覆蓋你產品的儲存及運輸條件。請確認範圍的上下兩端。
4. 安裝與焊接：貼片 V-chip 零件可承受回流焊，插件零件則不可。請確認規格書實際容許的焊盤、高度限制及焊接曲線。
把參考零件的規格書與候選零件的並排，逐行對照。若有一行不符，由負責該設計的工程師決定是否要緊。

Second-sourcing an aluminium electrolytic capacitor? Capacitance and voltage are only the first two lines. Match these four as well.
1. Endurance: hours at temperature. "2000 h at 105 °C" and "2000 h at 85 °C" are different parts, and so are 2000 h and 5000 h at the same temperature. The endurance line decides how the part ages in your product, so compare it line for line.
2. Impedance class. Standard, low-impedance and extra-low-impedance series share the same capacitance and voltage codes. On the output of a switching regulator, a swap between classes changes ripple behaviour. Check the impedance or ESR figure at the frequency your design uses.
3. Temperature range. A lower limit of −55 °C and one of −40 °C look similar on a BOM line, but one of them may not cover your product's storage and transport conditions. Confirm both ends of the range.
4. Mounting and soldering. SMD V-chip parts are rated for reflow; radial parts are not. Confirm the footprint, the height limit and the soldering profile the datasheet actually allows.
Put the reference part's datasheet next to the candidate's and go down these lines one by one. If a line does not match, the engineer who owns the design decides whether it matters.
