荷蘭製造業交貨時間已連續 17 個月延長。這是市場訊號，不是交期。

Delivery times in Dutch manufacturing have lengthened for 17 months in a row. That is a signal, not a lead time.
ABN AMRO's note of 2 November 2026 quotes the Nevi Dutch Manufacturing PMI for October: the index eased from 55.6 to 55.0, output and new orders kept rising, and supplier delivery times lengthened again, for the seventeenth consecutive month. The bank also points to hoarding: buyers who fear shortages order more, which deepens the shortage they feared.
A survey like this describes an aggregate signal for a whole sector. It does not tell you the lead time of any part number on your BOM. Three things to keep apart:
• Market signal — what surveys and sector reports say about delivery times in general
• Line-item lead time — the date a named source quotes today for a full MPN, quantity and required date
• Your own order pattern — ordering to real demand dates, not to headlines, is the one lever you fully control
Use the first to decide where to look harder. Use the second to make decisions. Keep the third steady.
